Hawara is a small restaurant with its own vegetable garden.

Located between the Black Forest, Alsace, and the Upper Rhine, we serve a cuisine guided by the quality of our ingredients, close relationships with producers, and a deep connection to nature.

We take a holistic approach to our ingredients and allow time and maturity in every process.

Our dishes and menus are constantly evolving, closely tied to the seasons and what the fields have to offer.

Our drinks menu features a selection of natural and traditionally crafted wines. In addition to wine, we also offer our own non-alcoholic pairing made from ferments, essences, and extracts.
